What??
I carefully followed the instructions.
Also lang/phpbb_seo/ folder permission set to 777...

What's going wrong??

It is never asked to CHMOD the language folder.

As well, it looks like your indeed asking for phpBB3 support. So please try to be a little more organized while asking for support, it will be easier to help you out.

If it's phpBB2 advanced mod rewrite, you're in the correct support forum, if not, please use the appropriate one.
