Issues with index.php inside a subfolder

Hi Everyone

I have been using Advanced SEO mod for over a month now with no issue. The other day I discovered an issue with the phpbb gallery mod. It's personal gallery link '<website address>/gallery/index.php?mode=personal' shows up as this with Adv-SEOMod running '<website address>/?mode=personal'.

For some reason it is having issues with the sub folder and the index.php file. There is a similar link that references the album.php file in the gallery directory and that works fine it is only the instances of index.php.

Right now i hard-coded the link so it works but is there some sort of entry I can add to the .htaccess file to correct this issue?
