i installed this http://downloads.phpbb-seo.com/seo-url-premod-12/phpbb-seo-premod-48.html
Everything is ok when i choice mixed. But when i change URL rewriting type "Advanced" it doesnt work. it seems "The forum you selected does not exist."

Ok. I Solved.
i changed some lines. it is working now 
Like this.
