URL not found

I install advance SEO mod in my forum in http://lovewuha.net/forum but SEO mod not working.

Is your .htaccess located in the forum/ dir as it should like it is ?

It as well looks like you played with the right slash setting, default is no slash before the script names in rewriterules when using a RewriteBase, so you may need to get rid of these too.
