Hmm I can't seem to access the admin panel any more ... anyone else having this problem?

The re-authenticate page kicks me back to my forum index.

sorry but not i dont understand what do you mean whit thous charakters.I know that you show me some encoding.I use utf-8 too, do you mean that i somewhere use wrong encoding?
the problem whit Žž-Zz i have now fix but i have still problem after send reply/start topic

yes i was referring to your problem with the letters.

i cannot access your forum and check new topis/post posting so i can't check the error and propose a fix :/

yes you can it is open for all anonyms too and they can send replies but now i dont have seo on forum

yes it isnt there now because i DELETE now seo mod and it is possible that show only for mod/admins i dodnt know.Now i am going to install again hope succsesfull.But do you know what i mean where is problem.After send show screnn whit two possibles:1.go on to site where you send last post
2.go to forum(or where Smile

Well, if you cannot find this piece of code, it's because you did not update phpBB3 itself before you updated the phpBB SEO mods.
But this part (from the append_sid() function) is not part of the update file (the one in contrib/).
