How do I set the home page title and meta tags?

Hi All!

This is a great site and seems like a good comunity, hi to all!

This is my first attempt at a forum and have installed the phpbb3 with SEO downloaded from your site.

I can get everything working and am using the advanced method URL rewrite but I want to set the home page of the forum's title and meta description here is the site:

http://www.hondawebsite.co.uk/forum/

any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks,

however im still stuck, which mod will help me change the index page to a different title please? Just this page http://www.hondawebsite.co.uk/forum/ and leave all the other titles etc the same as I have them now.
