Help I have 404 error page

Hi, I have installed the mod on a hosting with IIS and Isapi Rewrite, but I have only 404 error page for all the link rewrited.

This is my htaccess:

Done...How I can to valid my URL name in ACP>phpBB SEO?
Without it it doesn' t work

In your ACP > phpBB SEO > Forum URL Management, see if you've green messages : "URL Cached".

Have you upload your .htaccess in the "/forum/" root ? Have you try in www.amonapoli.it root ?
