phpbb3 ISAPI_Rewrite and W2K3

I saw the other topics for this, but none of them seem to be of any assistance.

I don't have a lot of experience with W2K3 so this is a disadvantage for me, but what I get is this.

I follow all instructions and upon completing installation of the mod I get error pages saying:
"The system cannot find the file specified"

I am not sure if I need to delete the .htaccess file since I will be using httpd.ini?

Could some one please give me some steps necessary to successfully set this up? I do not have ISAPI_Rewrite installed and when I do install it I also need it to only be working on this domain since I do have a few other domains running on the server.

If you have the isapi_rewrite module, we are already trying to find a working solution for this in this topic : Isapi_rewrite phpBB3

some new rewriterules are needed with 0.4.2 (soon to be released and already in the premod), post there if you need help.

And you do not need .htaccess with iis, they are useless for url rewriting.
