Found it! Actualy Virtual ROOT is the key! When you build htaccess vith virtual root active you have the right htaccess to use SEO in a phpbb instalation within another folder like Joomla. After placing the new htaccess to phpBB3 folder, go back and disable Virtual root. Works for me!
