Help with rewrite rule

Hi. Please I would like some help with some mod rewrite rules.

I want to change something like this:

-http://www.lyricsite.com/lyrics.php?artiste=Justin%20Timberlake&title=What Goes Around Comes Around

to this:
-http://www.lyricsite.com/justin-timberlake-lyrics/what-goes-around-comes-around.html

Also, I will like all sitewide links to change to the rewritten html. can this be done through the rewriterule, or will I have to make modifications to the scripts where the links are located?

Any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
