Can someone help me install some seo mods?$$$

I have a fairly new forum with just over 5000 posts. I have almost no technical knowledge, I had a friend do put in a few mods for me, but I can't get in touch with him.

I am looking for some help with the following:
1. Upgrade from .21 to .22
2. Help me choose which rewrite to use, and then install it. (And by help, I mean you do all the work!)
3. help me install the new version of the seomod that just came out.
4. Help me install a mod that allows me to have articles, I can point you to the download.
5. Give me some basic advice about what I can do to make the forum work better, or have better features.

I am not making any money from the forum, but I am willing to compensate for your help. You can post or pm me, but I don't want to put the url in this thread.

you must have knowledge about webmastering. al least basic information.
