Exactley : http://www.sitemaps.org/protocol.html#informing and http://www.sitemaps.org/protocol.html#submit_robots

Another thing to add in our robots.txt, but still I recommend to submit manually to Google, just to have the stats offered Wink

Sorry, I have no idea of what blogspot allows their hosted sites to do. Why not ask them?
