Google Backlinks Updated August - 2006

Hello

I just find out the Google backlinks went updated. You should find more Backlinks for you site, at least if you posted some since last Google Dance .

The PageRank was not updated yet, but this could just be the beginning of a new Google Dance.

Checking the PageRank on several data center does not gives different results for phpBB SEO so far, but still.
Like last year, a nice Google dance at the end of August is seems.

Let's keep a eye on search results and PageRank and see how it goes.

And finally our Backlink tool was telling the truth, today the Google link command returns the updated amount of backlinks.

Interesting to notice.

No PageRank update so far, but it should not be too long now, a Google Dance really seems to have started.

backlinks are updated
pageranks are different in datacenters
it show me PR4 for my first page in half of data centers

From where I stand everything went back to normal for phpBB SEO, I can see some data centers giving a different PageRank for the two forums, but not for the main domain so far.

The fact your PageRank was updated confirms that the update is imminent, but Google time is not linear

My backlinks for google has been the same since before I started using the advanced SEO MOD - just showing 8 backlinks . meanwhile, other things have been improving like, Indexed pages Has increased.


I'm getting a prediction of a 4PR. from a PR of 2 to 4 in less then 6 months is nice. I guess we'll have to wait and see.

From where I stand, the Google Dance did not ended up yet.
And the number of backlinks was shown updated and back to normal several time in the past week.

Lot of things are moving, I hope we'll soon see the results

your first page pagerank didn't change
its still PR2
but some of your internal page has higher pagerank
for example this topic about google dance has pagerank 4 and this post that is about rewrite mod and persian UTF-8 has PR 4
pagerank transmition between your page is very good
which factors caused these PR transmission ?

Lol, did not even noticed.

But it does seem the PageRank update is on its way, but did not ended up yet as http://www.phpbb-seo.com/sitemaps.html does not have a PR yet (and should).
Would be for sure a pity to end up with 2 on the index and 4 for at least some topics, but we have gone through some major moves in the Backlinks (from 86 to 1500 several times this past week) I still have good hopes it won't stabilize as is. A multi data center PageRank check on http://boards.phpbb-seo.com/index.php shows us that the update is still not done, many DCs are showing a different PageRank.

The PageRank transmission is of course made easier by the mod rewritten URLs.

[EDIT] Looking up a bit more, it appears that many topic do end up with an updated PageRank of 4, but not all, like if the update process was going one right now, because some older but active topic do not have PageRank.

Anyway, these PageRank 4 for topics means Users backlinks will soon be gold [/EDIT]
