Scrub Warehouse Buying Number 1 Google position??

I apologize if this sounds dumb but I'm trying to learn.

I received a phone call this aftenoon from an SEO firm in CT wanting me to refer my customers to him - said he would guarantee a number 1 ranking.

I know, you can't buy a Google ranking but it appears that this guy can deliver.

If you Google Scrub Warehouse you'll find a number one ranking for the search. Open the page and you'll find virtually no SEO on the page, a page rank of 0 and 5 total links on marketleap. Look at the URL and you'll also see that this is a mirror page of the actual homepage which has 0 links and 0 page rank.

I don't understand how this is done - - Is it just because there is only one Scrub Warehouse in the world? If so why wouldn't you find the second URL as fast as you'd find the first one?

Color me confused...

At first I'd say I would just simply not believe anyone telling he would guarantee a number 1 ranking, especially in Google, and especially if they guarantee the keywords as well, and even more if they contact me by phone.

Actually I usually thank people giving me a phone call to offers services to delete my phone number from their calling list, even if it could happen I'd miss the one magic call, I don't care, the probability is just too close to none

Anyway, the result you point out is far from being this marvelous. 553 000 results for Scrub+Warehouse is not this much, even though it's still some, but I guess the trick is elsewhere : Only 466 results on "Scrub Warehouse", so I hope -www.scrubwearhouse.com is first on this one, I mean, it's just how much does count the domain name, not this hard to be first out of 466 exact match (thus on 553 000 allowing combinations), as it's the only domain actually using "Scrub Warehouse" in the result list
