You are using the Forum Meta Tags v1.0.2 mod, and it seems that it is not outputting dynamic meta tags, and that all topics from a given forum end up with the same meta. This is comparable to having many pages with the same title, even though meta are less important than title, still it is something that could deter bots a bit.
Better no meta at all than static ones.
The [url=]phpBB SEO dynamic meta tags mod[/url] was just updated and should now be able to handle UTF-8 real good, could need some little tweaking with your windows char-set, but should be doable.
Still, all your pages are cached, and I did not really see any move in the amount. They should get out of the omitted results though, at least for some.
