Well, the forum page itself is cached : http://www.google.com/search?q=cache:www.paramegsoft.com%2Fforum%2F
and the cache is quite young, so it does not seems there is a real problem with it.
Now, I would have some problem to analyse Arabic terms SEO wise, but, You're as well first on paramegsoft, and the same occurs, the forum index is not showing up under your home page's link.
Now this does not means much, it's just that Google "thinks" the forum index is not the most relevant page on this query, for a sub match, but, is actually still showing a page from the forum folder, which means it has "understood" that the forum/ folder is a place where something is happening.
This checker page could be massively used by your members and visitors, and this could explain why Google likes it.
The same kind of thing is happening with hl=all for phpBB SEO : http://www.google.com.eg/search?hl=all&q=phpbb+seo
The forum index is not the one listed above the home page.
But it's a different story in the french world with hl=fr : http://www.google.com.eg/search?hl=fr&q=phpbb+seo
Here Google does adds the forum below the home page.
Have you tried playing with hl param to see if in your language you get different results ?
Then, all this being said, what about the most important visitors brought by Google ?
I notice you're now running a nicely zero duplicated forum : http://www.google.fr/search?q=site:http://www.paramegsoft.com/forum/
Could not find any

My sites pages that were listed in Google has dropped from over 10,000 to 3,600.
Perhaps they have changed the way that they index sites
I'm not really bothered as it will probably go back up soon |

Another thing about the number of indexed page.
It really make a big difference to run a duplicate free forum.
If you do nothing, you have something like 15 duplicate per topic page (post links) plus all the pagination (sorting + page 0) duplicates for topics and forums and many more.
So when you install the zero duplicate and your forum was indexed, you will see the total amount decrease. The experience shows that your pages ends up better ranked, and usually, search engine continue to bring as many visitor during the duplicate reduction phase, if not, just a few time after.
The total amount of links listed in your forum sitemaps is provided in your Google sitemap account, and this number is really close to reality for all spiderable links for the forum without duplicates. You could only miss some paginated links on long threads and forum depending on the pagination settings you set for the module.
And this number could easily be ten times smaller than the previously indexed url amount. But this is the real number of page for all your forum, the one without any repetition in content.
What's for sure to me SEO wise is : one page, one title one url, no duplicate, the simpler the better

I was just thinking that myself as I looked in the phpbb admin panel and it says there are 2551 topics and there are approx 600 or so pages that I have made for the site, which roughly adds up to what google is now showing |
