and i have about 800 post give not found to

from the looks of it I would say your rewrite rules are messed up as they do not have the .html that your forum actually has. Double check your .htaccess file and make sure you entered them correctly.
If so, I'm sure dcz can shed more light on the issue/ |

i edited my post now
i have many posts get not found but when i press on it give me the topic in my forum . i dont know why google see it not found |

| you notice that when you click on one of the url's ending in postXXXX.html it gets redirected to topicXXXXX.html. The reason being is that zero dupe is doing its job. The postXXXX.html urls don't technically exist anymore so google doesn't find them. They will clear up soon, just give it time. |

I think we have found out why you experienced kind of a drop for some time lately, since this most likely means all these URLs once where 404, at least for some time (a day or even less could be enough since your forum is crawled a lot) and that, as a matter of fact they aren't any more.
These stats do not get updated too often, so even if few days ago they did not show up, it does not necessarily means that Google saw them as 404 the day before, nor that it's still the case.
All that really matters is what happens now when you follow these links.
