what happend to pagerank

I see some strange things with this pagerank update, like this forum no pr for the index.
Same with my site, pagerankpredictor said 4 now 0
In the on a subdomain pr 0 on subpage of the forum a pr 2

Looks like the real question is what's happening to PageRank Wink

So yes it seems PageRank updates are not like they used to be, but we cannot really tell as long as it keep on moving, and it's still is right now.

My feeling is PageRank update is turning less and less global, seem more like performed on a per case basis, for each pages of a web site.

So it looks like we're going to face some strange results like some topics here getting PR4 without really a reason for it, since other get more backlinks and visits.

But we'll see thing more easily after it will have stabilized a bit Wink

Well 27 backlinks is not much.

You should work on directories submissions and link exchange.

Not really astonishing, but you should wait until the update ended before you'll conclude.

Juts because Google does not take all known backlinks to build is backlinks list.

Yahoo seems to do it, msn is in between.

But for sure, it's only a filter, because Google most likely know as much as yahoo Wink
