Well, if you look at your sitemaps, it's just not the case, changefreq and priorities are not the same for all urls.
Now there are cases where for example a sitemap would have only few links listed, and most with similar priorities.
Actually, Google complains when it sees a sitemaps with only one link, warning the webmaster that all urls have the same priority, it's not where Google is the smartest.

First I would just like to thank the whole of the phbb3 seo team for all the hard work they have done. You have really made this a painless process for someone that knows nothing about php.
This seems to be the only issue. Google is giving me the same two error messages.

I know the priority is different unlike google reads it (some are .99 while others are 1.0). Is the dynamic content error due to url rewrites?
Will these errors affect the way google ranks or indexes the site and does anyone know of a way to get around them?
Thanks in advance for your help.

Well, I don't think this could cause issues in indexing and ranking. The mod is modulating changefreq and priorities according to how old topics are and how much answers did they get (activity).
When there is only few topics and all posted recently, this gives similar values, but it's rather logical to give the same priority to topics posted within the same our. To me, the google algo is just not really meant to deal with very few items in sitemaps, and thus provides with close to nonsense advices in such cases, the worst being when it tells that all urls have the same priority and changefrq when the sitemaps only contains one url
You can exclude forum with very few topics in the ACP, but I don't think it can really cause troubles.
