encoding?

Hello,
I cant see lithuanian charaters in http://stotis.net/naujienos-rf1.xml i tried to disable UTF-8, but that doesn't help :/

What can i do?

I am currently back-porting some of the phpBB3 utf-8 package to the mod to handle more char set.

you're using windows-1257, and it is handled by the utf tools I plan to add to RC3.

Testers are needed, so if you want, I can send you some code to test.
