My first stab at creating a website, mostly as an intellectual exercise. I'm using phpbb3 and most of the SEO mods with a few tweaks here and there.
Any tips or feedback would be welcome!

Green sticks! wow, that is a really nice looking phpbb3 site there. It's the first CMS or content system, that i've seen so far for phpbb3, that is looking really clean and sharp. Contrats!

Oops - I saw those pages listed right after I made that post. The site has been live for about 4 weeks but I've been making changes along the way.
I think my current setup of a home page at www.pvchat.com and the phpbb forum index page as www.pvchat.com/forum/ with no actual file name might be keeping the search engines from crawling the index and finding posts. Although I do see my index page in Google now so who knows.
An ideas on why the formatting of the Google cached version of my home page gets messed up? Hmm... Looking at the cache source, it looks like the css style.php has a sid attached which I bet is the problem. |
