Maybe you could tease us a bit more here, especially since it's not English speaking and most user won't be able to figure out what your board is about.

Imagine you walked into a huge ballroom. Among the hundreds of tables are perhaps 10-20 people, milling about. Would you want to stay? Now imagine yourself walking into a small local bar. Language isn't the issue here. My point, if it isn't obvious, is that this board has a long list of empty forums. Based on the titles, they cover a wide range of unrelated or loosely related subjects. Focus... the site needs focus.. If web visitors can't figure out what a site is about in less than one minute, they're gone.

Here's my practical tip: Create no more than 3-4 forums. Once a given forum has 100+ threads on a specific subject, consider splitting them off to another forum IF it has lasting discussion value. Don't make the mistake of using forums to organize a mismash of topics.
