Finaly after some weeks of testing and customizing my renewed and upgraded forum is ready:
www.brandpreventieforum.nl (firesafety bulletin board)
This is a combination of mkportal with phpbb with 100% rewritten urls
The mods i have used are:
- Better captcha
- some mod for making the moderator and admin colors seperate
- youtube embed mod
- Advanced modrewrite
- Zero duplicate
- better titles mod
- modrewrite for mkportal
- lots of customization
I hope Google will soom index my new urls |

Could you detail a bit more what is the topic covered, fur us, ignorants 
By the way, looking at your Google listing, it appears that the old able2knwo rewrittens urls are not redirected properly.
The zero dupe is installed properly : http://www.brandpreventieforum.nl/forum/big-dupte-f12.html
But -http://www.brandpreventieforum.nl/about350.html is not redirected (it's a 404 actually ).
So you still need to tweak the old able2knwo rewriterule to take into account the fact you changed the forum folder as it seems.
To do this, you'd just need to add the forum/ path in the right part of the able2know rewriterules (not the left part this time even though paths should go in both in most cases).
This way, the able2know url will still hit the proper script and will be redirected by the zero dupe.
Please post in the zero dupe forum if needed

The bulletin board is all about fire safety engineering.
We have discussion's about building regulations, installation regulations, proper use regulations and law all regarding firesafety. The main visitors are the proffecionals: Government employee's, Architects and Firesafety Consultants.

Yes i love it, i actualy did not know it does that to, i thought it was only to make the post*.html go to the topic urls.
Now my old urls work and i dont have any duplicate |
