| Evidently you have a typo around line 185 in that file. Please double-check your work and if you're stuck, post the lines surrounding line 185. |

I checked all files but I still get the same problem

Put back the unmodified index.php online if not already done, you should see unrewritten links on index, but rewritten everywhere else.
Then, the error suggest a wrong copy past upon install, start again from scratch, as there is few changes to implement.
If you get stuck, please post the index.php code around line 185. As well, it depends on how you modded index.php before, but the line number suggest it's not really the mod rewrite code to have caused the error, but rather the zero dupe.
Anyway, we'll find out when you'll post your code around line 185
