Hi,
I'm using the premod but when I choose the mixed one, the urls are still like this for topics:
...../topic11.php
I want the post title to show up.

That's what the mixed mod is doing, use the advanced one if you want topic titles to be used in urls.

I suggest you test all this on a local test server and activate it on the online one when you are sure about what kind of url you want, because you don't want to show different urls every other day to search engines.
