is it possible to modify URLs for register pages?

Just installed mixed SEO URL. I'd like to set up a filter for Google Analytics to tell where people drop out through the registration process. In order to do this I need to have a distinct URL for each page. When i go through the registration process though, the "agree/disagree" terms page URL is the same as the next page where you signup with username etc. I need to make these two URLs different, at least at the beginning part of the URL (before all those random numbers).

I like how you did it on your site where the page where you enter username has "register&agreed" ... how did you do this? Is it inside this mod? I would be most grateful for your help.
