Small Bug

After successfully installing the mod i noticed one thing that needs to be changed, when you click the PM button next to a users profile (phpbb3) it opens a new PM message to that user, quoting the post and a URL to go back to the post. but the url is in the old format.

This wouldn't usually be a problem because it still directs to the post, but when you try and reply to the post it redirects you to the login page, and then says 'post method not selected'

I tried to reproduce the bug but couldn't.

I used the pm button on a post, sent the pm, saw the unrewritten link to the quoted post, but I'm not sure about what you did next.

Everything seemed to work as expected (the unrewritten url there is not an SEO threat).

Could you elaborate a bit more ?

once you click through the link in the PM you are brought back to the post, but them when you try and leave a comment i does the error above.

Is it what you are doing ?
