How to seo mxbb Portal?

Hello
I want to use phpbb forum inside mx portal and portal rewrite,
is it possible to use any seo mod?
At this time it´s orginal phpbb with attachment mod, old url´s from forum are mixed mode urls....

tweety, I apologies if my, obviously frenchie sarcastic, joke made you feel bad in any way.

Was really a joke in my mind, nothing more and really not meant to hurt you or anyone.

What I really wanted to say is please do not ask too much about delay, it's useless, and as well can look like you're paying more attention to what is not here already in comparison to the huge effort already deployed.

And I'm saying this generally, I know you did not ask several time, but this was asked for several time, that's my point.

Free developers needs users to be pleased, there is no other "payment" but user's satisfaction.

On the other hand, as no one does such thing to hear people say they're unhappy with delays, we're all a bit susceptible about such demands (it's not only me or the phpBB SEO team, try asking about phpBB
3 stable release at phpBB.com).

Because obviously, all possible effort are already deployed here, and believe me, if I had ten brains, they'd all be dedicated to phpBB SEO Laughing

mxBB 2.8 comes with an embed url rewriting module, not the best possible I must say, but still, already a great step.

Now the other matter to say few words about priority is : phpBB3.

mxBB 2.8 and phpBB3 are almost turning RC at the same time, and I do think phpBB3 comes first here, at least, this is how priority are set in my mind.

This does not mean the phpBB SEO team won't work on it, but, my personal efforts will first go on phpBB3.

I hope you understand talking about delay is here close to non sens, things will be done when ever one of us will have a chance to. Looking at the effort deployed should make you feel confident we're working on it and that a release is really likely to happen, but no one can tell more about it until it actually gets released.

Just think about how things would be without our already released mods and module for phpBB2 Wink

mxbb, embed??? how and does the embed rewrite work?

is it possible to point me to a link to see this embed available now?

I meant, there is a mod rewrite in mxBB already, you just need to turn it on, take a look at the mxBB's archive contrib/ folder Wink

Well, they already are pretty SEOed.

But it's not impossible that I'll get enough time to take a deeper look into it Wink

phpBB3 is the priority for now.
