Need help with RSS feeds..

Hi,

What i need is i have 3 boxes at the bottom of my forum which are going to be for Latest Posts, Latest Threads and Latest members. I need these to list 5 under each.

I also need rss feeds for all my lastest threads and posts. I assume that this will come under the same as above because an rss feed would be the best way to output these values.

First, I'd fell better with helping you out if you'd add the final touch

Then, this is not exactly what the GYM sitemaps module does, but, it builds many different RSS feeds as well as Google sitemaps.

Please have a look.

Is there any trust worthy people of here that complete changes etc as i don't have the time to do the updates i need so would prefer to hire someone.
