What a great forum !!1

I hav the related topics mod installed and i have two questions.

First i'm interested in how the mod is changed in this forum, so it will show the forum as well as the topic. I think the different forums need to build pagerank. the topics are less important.

Second, the related topics mod finds only related topics in the first 100 topics. When the forum grows bigger they have a ton of links. Is it possible to let the start searching from the latest topic back to the first, in that way your latest topics will be faster indexed and it will be better for first time visiters who will find resent topics related to there topic instead of topics from a year old

As a matter of fact I do not use this mod, I use a custom version of the similar topic mod here. But it's not very clean coded.

I like the way related topic deals with finding topic datas, but it's the same as the similar one at first, they output to much useless datas, both for users and SEO matters.

I'll take a look at the query order as well as it's important.

So, I guess I'd better take some time one of these days to tweak the related topic mod and release a phpBB SEO version.

Because it will be a bit more code changes than just two replaces.

I've downloaded the simular topics mod and it look's good, do you you will mod the related topics mod ?
if not i'm going to install the simular topics mod

Sorry it does not work,

ïsn't possible to publisch the xsimular mod you have now so the members can install it and tweak it little bit later ?
i think the simular give at this moment better data then the related as you can see below this topic
