how to modify html title tag with advanced mod rewrite?

Hi i want to know how can i get rid of the word "ver tema" in the title of my viewtopic pages?

for example, visit this: http://www.tupincho.net/foro/tiempo-de-deteccion-por-pajaro-loco-t720.html

The html title says:
Ver tema - Tiempo de deteccion!! por Pajaro Loco!!

I want to delete the "Ver Tema" phrase of the title of all my forum posts titles.

Any idea?
