Discovering the perfect Seo forum based on PHPBB

Hi guys have a look at this forum

The guy has done the perfection that anyone asks in every phpbb seo forum, ie: unique meta tags for every topic or post ,amazing configuration of header banner ,links with anchor text to his targeted static html pages from every topic related.
That is really SEO ,does anybody has an idea what mods or programming this guy is using?

I would not call this the "perfection". Beside not being new at all, the URL rewriting implmented there does keeps a lot of duplicates, and I will not comment the pagination links :

I suggest you take a look to http://phpbb3.phpbb-seo.net for a closer idea of perfection (I know I'm being sarcastic, but it's just too hard to resist )
