For example the link url is:

and this topic has a lot replies.
Then it has more then one page.
Go to: 1, 2, 3 and so on...
Urls: url.com/1-vt1356.html?start=0
url.com/2-vt1356.html?start=25

is it possible to make the first url (url.com/1-vt1356.html?start=0) to be url.com/skypes-kontaktai-vt1356.html ? it will be much better for SE!

Well it's more than possible, it's what our url rewriting mods are doing.

Topic pagination is duplicate free, the standard is topic-title-txx-yy.html for a topic page, the first one keeps topic-title-txx.html.

So it' looks like you should migrate from the good old webmedic mod to one of ours.
