So Please Advise Me Which SEO Should I Use and which mod rewrite
Also one of My phpBB Forum is a closed One By Closed I Mean Rregistration is required Can I Still make it Search Engine Optimized ??

SEO is a big topic, it's hard to tell what can be your needs without knowing a bit more about your projects, I moved this post here since it seems phpBB related, but feel free to use the other SEO forum to ask for more general matters.

For the hidden forum (or unreadable) for guests, they will just not get spidered (thus listed) at all, since bot do not log-in. So this is something to think about, it depends.
If you have a majority of such forums, then you should consider opening your site a bit more, but having few forums for logged users only is of no harm, if they are useful as they are to your community.

If, for example you'd just close some forum to increase registering, I am not this sure it is worth it, at least, it depends, because interesting content leads to good search engine results and visits, so this is as well something that can help you out while trying to build up à community.

Why quoting yourself

I did not say all your forums (meaning on of the forum listed in your phpbb installation) needed to be opened, but rather that you needed some of them to be so.

The idea here is, the more content will be spiderable, the more chances you'll have to show up in search engines, and spiderable starts with viewable for guest.
