No, only mass emails to groups (and emails of posts to grouups).
pms are a different mod. THere are lots of pm mods around (I don't know offhand what they are called but you should be able to find them if you search). I know there is a very extensive mod that totally replaces the pm system (I think it's called custom pms or something like that) and there is a much less ambitious one that just allows you to pm multiple members at once. |
So, its not for mass PM. I am still trying to find some good PM MOD  |

Thanks but I think these dont work with 2.0.21
I found this one -- Multiple_pm MOD. Seems good
Wud enable me to send important announcements to all at once. |

Now I am looking for a MOD that sends welcome message along with forum rules to new registrants when they log in for the first time.
