Try this one before the other about rewriterules :

RewriteRule ^about([0-9]+)-(.*)-([0-9]+)\.html /topic$1-$3.html [R=301,L]

This works but will not keep the odd sorting option settings, aboutxx-7days-desc-yy.html will be redirected to the yyth page of the xxth topic with default sorting, which is no big deal here, even the contrary, since the odd sorting settings are duplicates. Sometimes though, links won't lead to the exact content, but I doubt many odd sorting settings links have been posted.

Then for :
forum.amuzesh.org/mark-forum12.html

You should just disallow them both on robots.txt (main domain and sub domain) with your robots.txt, because this particular links is totally useless for bots, and should even not be shown to them Wink
