Having a limit sitemaps per page, does it benefit your site?

Hello Folks (DCZ)

Quick question for you folks. I was told that google likes only 100 links per page on sitemaps, is this true?

Here's an example: http://www.dancenova.com/sitemap/

and here's my current sitemap: http://www.pumatalk.com/sitemap.php

What should I do? Upgrade to DCZ's new sitemap?

Well, the Google sitemaps system allow you to list up to 50 000 URL per sitemap (eg on page following the Google sitemaps standard.

Beside, they are now usable with Yahoo and MSN too, it became united sitemaps few time ago : http://www.sitemaps.org/

There is no doubt mx Google sitemaps will do better than the sitemaps generator, but I think you should just wait a bit until the update (to day is release day too )

mec - I'll wait for the mod to be released and onces it's released i'll test it out just let me know post a msg on here saying its flly updated and its ready so I can install it... trops cool mec!!!
