Looking at the source you'd only find :

I build this out of js (the used source here is rw code, it will be presented with multi language set up) in order to keep the page as light as possible for bots, and since the generated html is itself building links using JS, it no big deal if user without JS do not see it.
Less code and links for bots better page load
