Well Google did it's job in redirecting : 616 pages for the new domain and 8 pages for the old location, none in cache and mostly in the omitted results.
Yahoo is slower, but on its way : 545 VS 952 in the old one.
MSN is more or less half the way (54 VS 47 none in cache) but with less cached pages total.
I don't think the fact you did not redirected properly at first was a real issue, indexing seems to go all right.
I think what you need the most right now is more backlinks and a Google dance.
Because the old forum location did not have many backlinks :
Old one Google - MSN - Yahoo
3 - 12 - 982
New one Google - MSN - Yahoo
0 - 107 - 7
There is something I just noticed on your main site that could explain part of this. You do not link to http://forum.bouwlink.nl/ on all of your main web-site's pages. Here for example : http://www.bouwlink.nl/tegelzetter/ and not only it the main menu.
These pages do already have PageRank, so they are useful to PR transmission to your sub domain.
But you'll still need external backlinks for your sub domain. Sub domain are cool to transmit PR among a web site, but they are still different domains, so you need backlinks for both. It's a bit more work, but can be worth it.
