It will give me a error "Template to handle not found". Have you checked the standalone mod in ACP ? The module needs t(he standalone mod to be set to on to work standalone. My problem here is I just cannot reproduce the error you have. The module is working fully on my mxBB2.8 test installations. So I guess we need to investigate a bit more.
