i am confused.

which is best gym or mx sitemaps. or is it best to use both, if so please tell me why.

I use this one. It rocks.

Both is wise, since GYM sitemaps will not participate to PageRank building and transmission.

It will for sure be the most efficient for indexing, but mx sitemaps is the only one to output genuine HTML linking, and transmit PageRank.
