Some duplicate content problems

I got a sitemap generator program and i noticed in my sitemap that i was getting a url with the keywords like this:

http://www.chronicfatiguetreatments.com/forums/vit-b12-vt22.html

and also another link to the same page with a different url:

http://www.chronicfatiguetreatments.com/forums/post33.html

It has a link to the url with the keywords in it and also another url with postxx.html for pretty much every topic.
Did i do something wrong when i implemented the mod or is this how it should be?

each topic URL contain 15 post URL (if you configure to show 15 post in each page)
you must restrict post URL with robots.txt file

Well, here the best thing to do would be to stop using this Google sitemaps mod being so basic and week it seems.

Just take a look at the mx Google sitemaps Mod, no css so far, but next version will.

It's very much more efficient, will build one sitemapIndex and one sitemap per forum, obviously supporting the phpBB SEO mod rewrites URL standards, and much more. And of course, only outputting URL we want to SEO, no post or anything like that.

And don't forget the last touch Wink
