404 - Not Found error on 4 profile links

Hi,

I upgraded from my original PHPBB SEO Premode 3.0.0 from 3.0.0 > 3.0.1 using the 3.0.0 to 3.0.1 Auto update.

Afterwords I re-created my .htaccess file and cleared all the cache and copied .htaccess to the root. The site is working as before with all all SEO re-directions working fine except for 4 links in the profiles page. The link that are not working are View unanswered posts, View active topics, View new posts and View your posts. I have looked at similar posts and tried some fixed but no luck yet.

Here is the error I get when clicking on one of the 4 broken links:

Not Found
The requested URL /forum/unanswered.html was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
