Install premod

Hi guys im runing phpBB 3.0.1 and i want to install phpBB SEO premod. can anybody help me please. i have download and read the notepad several times..but im not getting how to install it. can anybody please guide me in easy steps to install this mod. thanks in advance.

It's not a mod, it's a full phpBB package.

To install the premod over phpBB3 : phpBB3 => SEO premod

Actually I am asking the same question but with a different way.
I'm installing a fresh install and really confused about what or how to install ... the 1st step of the readme file for English told that to upload every thing ... the package has two folder which are:
root
contrib
I guess that the root folder contains the files to be uploaded to the forum root. right?
What about the other folder, where to place its contents?
I am using Joomla for the website so the public_html has joomla files on the root and phpbb3 files are places in a folder titled forum under public_html.
Please advise. thaks

Later edit: which seo mod is being used with this version?
is it simple or mixed or advanced?

Yes, only the files within the root/ dir are to be uploaded.

And the SEO premod includes all the thee url rewriting types at once Wink
