phpBB 3.0.2 SEO Premod + lighttpd

Hi, i want to run phpBB 3.0.2 SEO Premod on a VPS with lighttpd instead of
Apache because the resurces of the server are not too many

Can you tell me if that is possible and how to do it please ?

I have very few knowledge about Lighttpd, but I found a website that explained the principle for the phpBB2 SEO mod rewrites : http://www.cyberciti.biz/tips/lighttpd-phpbb-seo-mod_rewrite-rules.html

You could generate your .htaccess with the .htaccess generator once your settings are good, and then start playing with the few hints provided on the articles I mentioned.
