Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in /home/postal/domains/diskutuok.lt/public_html/cache/tpl_prosilver_overall_header.html.php on line 167
I deleted that file after installing SEO mode... what should I do??

Looks like you're re-installing everything right now.
Well, there should not be any problem when you clear phpBB's cache.
The template's parse error could come from some typo while modding the templates, something like that.
Double check your overall_header.tpl code change, and better re do them from the original file, code changes are few, it won't be long and should be enough.
Maybe you should tell us what version are you using and then ask for support in the proper forum.
