Well, adding shortcuts for people to bookmark pages on these services will increase the probability they actually bookmark them, and, as a side effect, the probability to get back-links from these bookmarking services.
So it all depends, some site will barely not get any bookmarks, other will get plenty and then even more with the shortcuts, we are here only optimizing the process, not creating it.
Worth experimenting since it barley does not alter the output for bots (all is done using JS).
