I am currently using phpbb 3.0.1 if I upgrade to the premod phpbb 3.0.0 will I be able to restore my forum?

We are about to release the 3.0.1 update, http://phpbb3.phpbb-seo.net/ is already updated, so I suggest you wait a bit more to migrate.
Then, all you need to do to go from phpBB3 to the premod (same version) is listed in this topic : phpbb3 => premod  |
