Avatars not showing UP.

Hi guys
Just converted my forum from normal phpBB3 to the seo version at www.solarfreaks.com
However, I am having trouble with the avatars coming up??
What could be the reason?

Yeah i re-added it.
Does that mean everyone has to re-upload their avatars?

It must have been a conversion issue, you may just need to manually put them all in the right place.
