ACP module not accessible, plzhelp

i installed User Reputation Points 0.1.1 located here http://www.phpbb.com/community/viewtopic.php?f=70&t=780735&st=0&sk=t&sd=a

but just when i added the reputation module in ACP, after that i am not able to access ACP module.

i am getting this error

Module not accessible
